“Knowledge
Economy” in syntheses means to develop an “networking
economy” in which the balance of economic value
between Knowledge Innovation (Intangible Assets) and
Material Goods Production (Tangible Assets) is changing
in the strategy of Extended Europe , in favour of the
development of the “post industrial society”
, based on a strong impulse on knowledge sharing and
co-organizative innovation of the infra-structure of
European production and market. (1)
Hence
successful European Extended Enterprises, respond to
the need of change of post industrial society , by encouraging
new innovative thinking that seeks a sustainable future
rather than seeking to sustain the past. This essentially
means investing in understanding how to reach the minds
of e.European partnership, who till now may not all
share a common perception of the meaning of value for
improving e.Govern innovation.
Considering
future focus of global development a critical success
factor is regarding the strategy for adding value to
the “intangible assets “ because it will
form one of the foundation stones of the Future Knowledge
Economy.
Starting
from these the general question LRE/EGO –CREANET
in cooperation with the TUSCANY REGION in Italy, will
provide to sustain an FP6 –CITIZEN 3 project for
investigating the best practices able to start with
a radical change in creating value from “Intangible
Assets” and how they contribute towards business
success for any European Networked Organization . Key
areas on critical success factors in a innovative “Intangible
Assets” business evaluation, that today are increasingly
important in knowledge based innovation, will be the
following :
a)
Effective Business Communication in an Extended Enterprise
networked organization.
b) Efficient Knowledge Sharing among RDT Units and SMEs
linking tangible to intangible assets
c) Overcoming Skill Shortage in innovative Knowledge
Based Management
d) Favouring the transformation of job from dependent
employment to corporate entrepreneurship.
Intangible
resources are important to generate new opportunities
in intellectual new ways of working and to achieve goals
of the key success areas developing e.Govern policy
favouring intangible investments into a right perception
of the prospective of the future European Knowledge
Society.
